We seek to be as family, helping each other on life's journey; with patience, gentleness, compassion, and a true concern for the individuals sent to us by divine providence.

About Bethany

About Bethany

Bethany A.F.C. (affectionately known as "Bethany House"), is a licensed, not-for-profit home for those in need of assistance with daily living activities.  On our beautiful campus in Jackson, Michigan - with a comfortable staff/resident ratio of 1:3 - we strive to make this your home away from home.  Bethany also provides hospice care for those residents with a prognosis of six months or less.  At Bethany, our caregivers and volunteers are committed to giving personal care 24 hours per day.

Opening in 2008 while leasing only a single wing from the St. Joseph Home for Children, Bethany's reputation for compassionate care opened up a need for expansion, and within eighteen months opened a third wing. Not long after, the Home for Children vacated the premises, allowing Bethany even more opportunity to continue God's work by acquiring the entire campus.  Soon after came a dedicated Hospice wing.  Such serendipity means that Bethany is here for a reason, and we pay our gratitude forward in loving care for our residents and their families.

What Bethany Provides

What Bethany Provides

Three Levels of Care

Bethany began as a labor of love by its founder, Pam Dill, for a solitary young woman in need of assisted care. While now bigger in size and capacity, Bethany's philosophy remains the same: Quality care at affordable rates. We even offer a volunteer-run resale shop on our campus, the proceeds of which help offset costs for residents and their families.  We encourage you to compare our services and fees to that of other health care facilities.
